ANGELA CLIFFORD, the editor and translator of this pamphlet, believed that homosexuality was “fairly harmless”. Evidently, she was not in the forefront of the struggle for gay liberation. However, the British & Irish Communist Organization’s publication of these articles in March 1977 was timely and should not be forgotten.
